A full-time internship position supporting the Real Estate and Global Sourcing practice group ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in a professional legal environment. Responsibilities include assisting with the management of the contracts database helping to draft and review commercial real estate and procurement contracts and other documents under supervision and supporting the team in achieving organizational objectives. Interns will also undertake various tasks as required to aid the practice groups attorneys and paralegals providing valuable exposure to contract administration and real estate and procurement legal processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Provide general office and contract administrative support for the Real Estate and Global Sourcing practice group.
- Support paralegal in managing filing systems and contracts repository for practice groups documentation.
- Support paralegal in managing workflow processes for leases and other contracts including approvals and signatures.
- Support paralegal preparation of formal notices in accordance with lease or contract terms.
- Support in-house counsel on research inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding contract issues and obligations.
- Support in-house counsel in reviewing legal documents related to the Companys real estate and procurement contracts.
- Support in-house counsel in editing legal forms and drafts of standard contract documents including leases service contracts purchase agreements and technology-related contracts.
- Support in-house counsel in drafting contract transaction summaries for internal approval.
- Provide effective written and oral communications to practice group and internal stakeholders and proactive commitment to follow through on assignments research and projects assigned including support on any practice group initiatives.
- Interest in and commitment to continuous learning about the practice group and Company in support evolving needs.

Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Full-time student currently pursuing a Bachelors degree.
- Must be a rising junior or senior undergraduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Student with a background in business finance or real estate preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal and writing) research problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Hourly rate: $22.30/hour
