Responsibilities
- Adhere to Abbvies code of conduct.
- Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
- Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops.
- Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines
- Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules OJTs etc.
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
- Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Overtime requirements.
Qualifications :
- HS diploma or GED required.
- 10 yrs. experience or college degree preferred.
- 5 years of work experience in electrical / controls trade.
- Predictive maintenance background preferred.
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
- Proficient user of a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS Windows.
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools diagnostic tools predictive tools).
