Werelooking for standout talentsto join our team asa Banking& Wealth Management Consultants(Associate level).Youllwork at the heart of the FinancialSectorecosystem - partnering with leading organizations in Banking Card Payments NPL Servicing Wealth Management and cuttingedge FS startups. Key Responsibilities
Support senior members of the team in analyzing client business/operatingmodelsidentifyinginefficiencies and recommending solutions to drive operational excellence and business growth
Assistin the design and implementation of business transformation initiatives with a focus on improving processes reducing costs and enhancing customer experience
Participate in client workshops meetings and presentations to gather information contribute ideas and support the development of recommendations
Prepare reports presentations and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of transformation projects
Contribute to the documentation of business requirements/ specifications enabling our clients advance in the digital and innovation world
What you bring matters
One (1) to three (3) years ofpreviousworking experience in financial services management consulting or similar fields either in consultancy firm or industry player.
A sharp analytical mind coupled with the ability to tackle complex problems head-on transforming information into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills enabling you to convey ideas with impact and clarity.
A proventrack recordof thriving in collaborative team environments where your unique perspectives are valued.
Business analysis mindset to deliver change in business and/or operating model of PwC clients.
Understanding ofmodern business and operating models in financial services with a view to deliver change in the way PwC clientsoperateand position themselves.
Ability to comfortably address problems and meet requirements at a strategic and execution level.
A confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.
An experienced professional with grit who enjoys taking ownership and embraces challenges as growth opportunities.
Commitment to continuous learning with the curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging trends in Financial Services.
