The Opportunity

You will serve as Enterprise Field Marketing Manager for Hong Kong and Taiwan. Your role involves developing and optimizing marketing plans that build pipeline and revenue for the enterprise business. You will be part of the Asia Field Marketing team and partner with field sales marketing and regional teams including campaign content and digital marketing.

You are an experienced hands-on marketing leader with limitless energy ideas and a passion for producing results. You maintain a growth-focused attitude and succeed in a fast-evolving dynamic environment. You are self-directed and continually striving to set a high standard!

What youll do:

Planning:

  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans to meet pipeline and bookings goals.

  • Partner with Sales to develop territory plans that drive customer outcomes.

  • Own quarterly execution plans to deliver highquality customer programs.

Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with regional and field marketing to deliver impactful measurable customer experiences.

  • Work closely with Sales to drive event/program participation and strong followup.

  • Projectmanage local programs endtoend including briefing segmentation content and reporting.

Results:

  • Deliver insights analysis and reporting on all programs.

  • Manage and optimize the demand funnelensure efficient lead flow and nurture through to sales progression.

  • Introduce new marketing approaches processes and optimizations to better connect with customers

What youll need to succeed:

  • 10 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience in software or technology with a track record of engaging global multinational corporations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus) with the ability to influence across senior stakeholders and matrixed organizations.

  • Strong strategic and analytical capability to understand market dynamics translate insights into action and measure impact.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills able to prioritize multitask and deliver results in fast-paced evolving environments.

  • Resourceful detail-oriented and execution-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
