Location: Fully Remote
Start Date: February 13 2026
Hours: Part-Time 20 hours/week (MondayFriday)
Pay: 15/hour plus attractive commission
Contract: Freelance cooperation agreement

Role Overview
Were hiring Spanish-speaking SDRs to support a leading vacation rental client. Youll identify and qualify property owners to join the platform working with both warm and cold leads and hand off qualified prospects to the Sales Manager.

What Youll Do

  • Cold call property owners across Spain

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads

  • Qualify leads and maintain CRM records in Pipedrive

  • Make multiple contact attempts before marking leads unreachable

  • Participate in performance reviews and KPI tracking

  • Contribute ideas for lead generation and process improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English

  • Experience in cold calling sales development or lead generation

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and online collaboration tools

  • Strong communication persuasion and objection-handling skills

  • Organized self-motivated and goal-oriented

Tools Youll Use

  • Aircall for calls and KPI tracking

  • Pipedrive for CRM and lead management

Schedule (Spain Time)

  • Monday: 10:0013:00 & 15:3019:00

  • Tuesday: 15:3019:00

  • Wednesday: 10:0013:00

  • Thursday: 15:3019:00

  • Friday: 10:0013:30
