Your Mission
As the General Manager you are the Captain of the Ship. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and every team member feels supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Recruit hire and train a high-performing team of 1540 employees.
- Drive the Business: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement labor costs and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Standard of Excellence: Maintain Best on the Block standards for food safety quality and cleanliness.
- Culture Champion: Live the Taco Bell HUNGRY principles (Hungry Understanding Never Follow Grateful Relentless and Youthful).
- Problem Solve: Handle the fast-paced environment of a $1.5M restaurant with ease and a positive attitude.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 24 years of management experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail.
- Mindset: A competitive spirit and a customer-first mentality.
- Availability: Willingness to work 50 hours per week including some nights weekends and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic business math and accounting skills to manage the restaurant budget.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old have reliable transportation and pass a background check.
