Ukrainian-speaking Interpreter (Work From Home)

Your Role

Interpretation Services: Accurately render concepts and meanings between Ukrainian and English maintaining original complexity tone and style.
Strict Rendition: Provide detailed and complete translations of every part of the conversation without omission.
Call Coordination: Manage the flow of the call and follow customer instructions precisely while maintaining a professional distance.
Industry Protocols: Utilize specialized terminology and follow protocols in industries such as Insurance Legal and Medicine (General and Forensic).
Linguistic Integrity: Ensure strict adherence to the rules of grammar and syntax for both languages during live communication.

Your Qualifications

Languages: C1 proficiency level in both Ukrainian and English (written and oral).
Legal Status: Must have EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
Education: High School Diploma is mandatory; a degree in translation interpretation or languages is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Excellent listening retention and note-taking abilities to ensure accuracy.
Soft Skills: Ability to remain neutral and detached during calls high level of discipline and strong organizational skills.
Performance: Ability to work autonomously and meet specific performance goals.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) on a rotational shift pattern 24/7.
