Job Summary
URGENT ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE (GERMAN ENGLISH)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: 100% On-Site
Start Date: 19 February 2026
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) 6 months
Role Overview
Customer Service position focused on supporting users with website-related solutions. The role requires strong communication skills technical curiosity and interest or experience in digital marketing and/or web design.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Rotative shifts between 06:00 and 22:00

Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Language Requirements

German: minimum C1 level (mandatory)

English: minimum B2 level (mandatory)
Mandatory Requirements

Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
