French-Speaking Customer Advisor Porto

Your Role:
Youll support French-speaking customers ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience while working in a dynamic international team.
Salary & Benefits (Strong Package):
Base salary: 1020 gross x14 salaries
Guaranteed bonus: 100 (first 3 months)
Performance bonus after 3 months (based on targets)
Meal allowance: 9.60/day (net meal card)
Transport compensation up to 40/month
Welcome bonus: 150 (paid in the 4th month)
Salary increase effective from March 2026
Working Hours:
Monday Saturday
Between 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Location:
On-site in Porto
Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto can be considered
Requirements:
Fluent French
Good communication skills
Based in Porto or nearby
