Our client is an established financial technology firm in Asia providing a digital platform for cross-asset structured products. The platform supports financial institutions and wealth managers across key workflows including pricing execution and trade lifecycle / post-trade servicing.
The firm is expanding its client-facing team in Hong Kong and is looking for a commercially minded candidate who enjoys working between structured products technology and institutional stakeholders.
Role summary
This is a client-facing role combining relationship management solution consulting and project ownership. The successful hire will work closely with clients across Hong Kong Singapore and Taiwan acting as a key point of contact and driving platform adoption and account growth.
Key responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients in the region

Lead engagements end-to-end from initial discovery through delivery and ongoing expansion

Understand client workflows and translate business needs into structured requirements

Coordinate internal teams across product technology and operations to deliver solutions
-
Drive adoption of platform functionality by identifying workflow gaps and proposing improvements
-
Maintain client satisfaction through regular check-ins feedback cycles and issue resolution
-
Manage priorities timelines milestones and dependencies across multiple client requests
-
Support commercial discussions renewals and expansion opportunities where applicable
Requirements

Strong understanding of structured products and capital markets workflows
-
Familiarity with structured product payoffs pricing concepts and lifecycle events
-
Proven ability to work with stakeholders across front office operations and technology teams
-
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to client engagement
-
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Interest in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
-
5 years of experience in capital markets structured products consulting or fintech
-
Bachelors degree required; finance engineering or computer science preferred
-
Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
