The role supports the counter-service at an in-person client service centre focuses on providing knowledgeable advice and quality service complying to companys regulatory and service standards and enhancing the overall client journey.
- Support the walk-in counter service by providing professional efficient and client-centric service experience to customers and insurance agents
- Handle enquiries related to insurance and financial service products & operation process with a client-centric mindset addressing enquiries with accurate & clarity advice.
- Ensure adherence to the company service standard to provide a consistent and positive client experience
Ideal Candidates
- Client-centric mind-set with strong client servicing & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experiences in providing professional client services at face-to-face setting
- Ability to handle client enquiries confidently and calmly manner
- Competent PC skills including Word Excel and basic systems usage
Qualifications
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above
- Mandatory IA license (Paper 1 3 & 5)
- 35 years of client service experience preferably in insurance or financial services
- Prior experience in counter service or face-to-face client handling is an advantage
