DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
Build/grow your own desk (very important)
Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
Arrange interviews for senior consultants
Contact potential clients via phone or email
Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Czech French Dutch or German.
Fluent in English (B2)
Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
