We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Technology team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings organizing and maintaining documents.
  • Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Help maintain technology-related tools and databases ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of department documentation including reports presentations and procedures.
  • Perform simple technical activities such as data entry report generation and basic trouble-shooting.
  • Assist with onboarding and tracking of contingent workers for the department
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and departmental objectives.

What youll bring to the role:

  • Current enrolment in a local university pursuing a degree in a Technology Finance or Business Administration
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is required
  • No working experience required
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and technology concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
