Our client is a specialist consultancy that partners with large organisations to deliver high-quality internal communications and learning solutions. For this role youll be consulting into a major mining business supporting their corporate training and learning initiatives.
The work is enterprise-level brand-led and detail-driven ideal for a designer who enjoys turning complex information into clear engaging digital learning experiences.
What the job involves
Designing visually engaging e-learning content that brings training to life
Translating complex subject matter into intuitive easy-to-understand digital learning
Creating layouts graphics interactions and visual storytelling elements
Working closely with instructional designers SMEs and stakeholders
Ensuring all learning content is on-brand and visually consistent
Updating and improving existing learning materials based on feedback
Preparing content for global rollout including collaboration on translations
Managing multiple pieces of content while maintaining a high standard of detail
What you need to be considered
5 years experience in graphic design and/or e-learning content development
Strong visual design skills with a clear understanding of learning UX
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using tools such as Figma Elucidat Camtasia or similar
Excellent layout typography and visual hierarchy skills
Confidence working independently and within cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and consistency across assets
A portfolio link is essential well be looking for examples of e-learning digital learning content instructional design visuals and interface-led design

Have experience designing learning for large or complex organisations
Have worked with corporate training or internal communications teams
Have basic HTML or web development knowledge
