As an E-Commerce Customer Support Agent you will be the main point of contact for online shoppers providing assistance via phone email and live chat. Your goal is to offer clear guidance resolve enquiries efficiently and ensure customers have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers in a friendly professional and supportive manner via phone email and chat
Assist with orders deliveries returns refunds account queries and general product questions
Provide accurate information and effective solutions tailored to customer needs
Maintain clear detailed and well-organised records of customer interactions
Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them according to established procedures
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics payments operations) to resolve issues efficiently
Consistently meet service quality standards productivity targets and customer satisfaction goals
Stay up to date with product information policies and internal procedures to deliver excellent support

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in German (B2-C2) and English (B2)
Citizenship or Residency Card
0-1 year of experience in customer support
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
