As an experienced UX/UI Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end customer journey across our entire digital ecosystem. You arent just designing screens; you are designing a unified experience. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex backend systems and the end user ensuring that whether a customer interacts with us via our web based applications WhatsApp bot mobile app Chat Bot IVR etc. the experience feels consistent intuitive and remarkably simple.
You will collaborate closely with the BAs developers and product teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions that align with industry standards and our organizational goals.
Job requirements:
- Unified Experience (UX) Design: Design and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction language across all touchpoints including web based applications WhatsApp bot iOS/Android mobile apps Chat Bot IVR AI workflows etc.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes (using tools like Figma or Sketch) to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Systemic Thinking: Work across the tech stack to understand technical constraints and opportunities ensuring designs are feasible and scalable.
- UI Design: Craft pixel-perfect interfaces that adhere to modern design principles accessibility standards (WCAG) and brand guidelines.
- Conversation Design: Create logical flowcharts and scripts for WhatsApp bots and IVR systems to ensure automated interactions feel natural and helpful.
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user interviews surveys and usability testing. Translate findings into personas user journey maps and empathy maps.
- Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment with business analysts developers and stakeholders to ensure the integrity of the design throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain a central design system to ensure speed and consistency across all digital products.
Qualifications :
Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design preferably within a corporate or fintech/health-tech environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving across multiple platforms (Web Mobile and non-visual interfaces like Bot/Voice).
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma or Sketch. Familiarity with Microsoft Visio Miro or Lucidchart for journey mapping.
- Multi-Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Apples Human Interface Guidelines Googles Material Design and responsive web principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be able to articulate the why behind your design decisions to executive leadership.
Qualification:
A degree or diploma in UX/UI Design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Multimedia or a related field.
