Job Description:
- Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help DeskPrior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF) customization of reports defining concurrent programs defining value sets defining form functions and functional setups.
- Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis
- Expertise in development implementation and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages Nice to Have prior knowledge of ORC Talent Compensation will advantage.
- Prior experience of implementing managing provisioning security and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
- Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages
