Job Summary

Profile:Texturising Supervisor-Textile-Surat-28k

Experience:Minimum 4-5 years experience in textile yarn manufacturing specifically in texturising or related operations.

Salary Range: upto 28k

Roles:

Supervise daily yarn texturising operations on machines (e.g. draw texturising ATY/DTY texturising).
Monitor yarn quality parameters (drag strength crimp appearance) throughout the texturising process.
Ensure machines are set up correctly maintained and running at optimum efficiency.
Coordinate with planning and production teams to meet shift targets and production schedules.
Implement and supervise corrective actions for process deviations or product defects.
Maintain detailed production & quality records/reports for each shift.
Train guide and support operators/technicians in texturising best practices and quality expectations.
Enforce safety compliance housekeeping standards and machine SOPs on the shop floor.
Work closely with QC team to ensure yarn passes post-texturising inspections.

Qualification:

Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Textile Technology or a related field (preferred).
Strong technical understanding of texturising processes and yarn characteristics.
Proficient with yarn texturising machinery and textile production workflows.
