Job Summary

Profile:Sales Coordinator-Kadodara(Surat)-25k

Experience:

1-3 years experience in a sales support / coordination role (preferred)

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

Maintain and monitor the quotation pipeline: track pending quotations finalize quotes and update the quotation register.
Prepare accurate sales quotations on time for customer inquiries.
Coordinate with Purchase Sales Accounts and Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales tasks.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and internal reporting standards.
Assist in preparing reports and data for management review.
Provide support to Director and Marketing personnel on daily sales coordination activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all client communications and sales transactions.
Help resolve internal and external follow-ups related to sales processes.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Commerce Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred)
Good knowledge ofMS Exceland basicCRM/data entrypractices.
