Role Overview

We are looking for a Female CRM Executive whose primary responsibility will be outbound calling only. The role focuses on calling existing customers and leads to build relationships generate repeat business and support sales growth for our fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers and database leads
Inform customers about:
- New collections
- Offers & discounts
- Festive / wedding collections
Follow up on:
- Previous purchases
- Incomplete / dropped orders

Repeat buying opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only
Graduate / HSC (minimum)
1-3 years experience in outbound calling / telecalling / CRM sales
Experience in fashion textile retail or e-commerce preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Gujarati is an advantage)
Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
Confident persuasive and customer-friendly personality
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Update call outcomes and customer feedback in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with the sales team for order closures
Achieve daily / weekly calling and conversion targets
Ensure professional and polite communication at all times
