Job Summary
- Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective resource management
- Manage and monitor department KPIs
- Adhere to the production schedule in terms of product quantity and quality
- Manage and organize operations resources and facilities for product manufacturing based on the production schedule
- Manage and plan department production based on product requirements
- Bilingual: Advanced English Education
- Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or similar Intermediate
- Office Software Other: Leadership Resource Management Negotiation Communication Decision-making Teamwork
- Desirable: Knowledge of screw machines
- Work experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in machining Desirable: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
