Short Description

Job responsibilities

Conduct professional Sale-Engineers role and responsibility (as Key Account Manager) to promote Automation in assigned customers to achieve sale revenue and profit.

Take accountability on individual and team target to reach sale budget and KPI assigned by month quarter year target.

Make the account sale plan and implement it by following company strategy tactics and directions.

Responsible for Base Component MRO Solution and Service Sale with clear target.

Commit to standard sale activities with consistent customers visit call.

Commit to follow PDCA implementation to ensure performance and efficiency.

Promote account planning as the core sale operation with key customers

Commit to sale coaching collaboration with sales and technical team

Job requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering or related filed

Having more than 8 years experience in Automation Sales function preferable experiences in Project sales and solution sales

Knowledge in sales management preferable in the food and commodity industry

Knowledgeable in Sales forces systems

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges and being a hunter sales style

Being Required to travel domestically as necessary
