Job Summary
The Lead Janitorial Technician will ensure the completion of cleaning & maintenance projects on commercial retail and residential sites. Responsibilities will include: occasional supervision of Janitorial Technicians collection of paperwork and completion of reports; Break down & reassembly of furniture and appliances such as refrigerators stoves & dishwashers; Detail cleaning of windows walls carpets floors cabinetry counters and more.
