Job Summary
Job Description:
Youll become the kind of designer who can build 50 perfect emails while others are still tweaking one.
Were looking for someone to join our Albert Heijn email team. This isnt a creative exploration role its high-volume production work where precision and speed matter more than artistic vision. But heres what makes it valuable: youll master email design at a scale most designers never see.
What youll actually do:
- Build 10-15 emails per week in Figma (yes really)
- Transform briefings and product shots into on-brand templates
- Catch mistakes before they reach 2 million inboxes
- Coordinate with developers and account teams in a tight production rhythm
- Learn to work fast without breaking things
Youll thrive here if you:
- Have graphic/multimedia training (MBO/HBO) and basic Figma skills
- Get satisfaction from doing repetitive work exceptionally well
- Are the kind of person who triple-checks before hitting send
- Can handle pressure without freezing (deadlines are real here)
- Want to learn by doing a lot of doing
- Actually enjoy structure and systems (chaos people struggle here)
