Job Summary
- Analyze incoming business and technical requirements and map them to appropriate integration and architecture patterns.
- Design and document interface strategies specifications and integration flows.
- Work closely with technical delivery teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of design documentation.
- Maintain and update the interface catalogue for all integrations.
- Monitor and manage error handling logging and integration performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design decisions.
- Support integration of third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Contribute to effort estimation planning and delivery coordination.
- 810 years of experience in integration middleware or interface design roles.
- Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI/IS) BizTalk Server and Azure integration services.
- Solid understanding of middleware technologies and integration patterns.
- Proven experience in technical documentation and interface specifications.
- Experience working in project management and delivery coordination.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in error handling monitoring and troubleshooting integrations.
- Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Helix ITSM tools for support and maintenance.
- Experience integrating third-party applications.
- Knowledge of effort estimation and project planning.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable and efficient integration designs.
- Create clear structured and reusable technical documentation.
- Manage multiple integration streams while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and delivery teams.
