Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our expanding team in Lawrence MA. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented client-focused and motivated to build lasting professional relationships. The Client Account Representative will act as a key point of contact ensuring client needs are met while supporting account growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
