Were looking for a commercially driven Head Retail Media & Partnerships to grow and lead our team in Bangladesh. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that sits at the intersection of sales partnerships advertising and performance marketing with full responsibility for building CPG financial and agency relationships to drive top-line growth.
You will directly manage a small team and own the revenue across three core verticals: Platform / Q-Commerce / Partner-funded campaigns.
Core responsibilities :
- Lead and grow a high-performing Retail Media & Partnerships team in Bangladesh overseeing commercial strategy sales and execution
- Drive B2B revenue growth by building and closing deals with FMCGs financial institutions and media agencies
- Own key agency relationships to unlock media budgets from CPG clients across multiple verticals
- Act as the commercial lead for all local partner-funded deals campaign sponsorships and advertising inventory sales
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management Q-Commerce Ad Ops and Marketing teams
- Use performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen partner value
- Act as the country-level owner of Retail Media strategy working closely with the Bangladesh MD and Director Q-Commerce
- Creating a clear vision and strategy for partnerships aligning with the overall business goals and objectives
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in an advertisement agency brand or retailer side on eCommerce related role ideally within FMCG field
- Proven track record of managing and negotiating high-value partnerships with CPGs media agencies or retailers
- Strong understanding of AdTech programmatic advertising or PPC with the ability to leverage these tools for business growth
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to lead teams define business objectives and implement solutions that deliver measurable results
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with fluency in English and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven mindset capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and strategies
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Fluent communication skills in both Bengali and English
