Job Summary

Were hiring a Junior Sales Executive (2 years experience) to drive lead generation and new customer acquisition for Bosch partner IoT products and solutions (devices platform services). Youll focus on approaching new customers opening doors qualifying needs and supporting the sales manager to move opportunities toward closure across sectors like logistics ports customs transportation and enterprise.

What youll do

  • Identify target accounts and approach new customers through outbound calling email LinkedIn and field visits
  • Book and lead initial meetings to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
  • Present the solution value proposition and support product demos with the team
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and stakeholders to progress opportunities
  • Support pilots/PoCs coordination with operations to help convert trials into deals
  • Assist in preparing commercial offers (pricing packages quotations) and handle customer questions
  • Attend client meetings events and site visits to build relationships and generate opportunities

Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • 2 years experience in B2B sales / business development (tech/IoT is a strong plus)
  • Strong lead generation skills and confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
  • Clear communication persuasion and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • English required (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into logistics ports customs transportation or industrial/enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with IoT basics (connectivity sensors tracking dashboards)
