Job Summary
Conceptualize and develop interior and exterior design ideas for high-end residential and commercial projects.
Produce realistic 3D visualizations renderings and mood boards that accurately represent design intent.
Collaborate with architects project managers and clients to ensure design consistency and quality.
Create detailed drawings layouts and material specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
Oversee design implementation to maintain alignment with approved concepts.
Stay updated on design trends materials and emerging technologies in architecture and interior design.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or Applied Arts.
0-1 years of professional experience in interior and exterior design preferably in luxury or high-end projects.
Proficiency in 3ds Max (Corona Renderer) AutoCAD Photoshop SketchUp and Revit.
Strong design eye with a solid portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and executed projects.
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
