Job Summary
- Communicate with international clients and support them throughout their customer journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Identify business opportunities and support company growth initiatives
- Follow up with leads and coordinate appointments and consultations
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets
Qualifications :
- A fluent English speaker is a must
- Fresh graduates to experienced professionals are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in medical care healthcare or customer service is a plus
- Graduates only
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build client relationships
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Egyptians and non-Egyptians with valid work permission are welcome to apply

- Working hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM (US time zone alignment)
