Job Description:

Delivery Manager - Role Overview

Lead the delivery of large-scale global technology projects for high-profile clients serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships and ensuring seamless execution across business and technical domains. Drive consultative selling technical leadership and governance while fostering a culture of innovation agility and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship & Consultative Selling:
    • Act as the primary client partner building and maintaining strong long-term relationships at all levelsfrom operational teams to CXOs.
    • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Delivery Management:
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
    • Manage multiple stakeholders including global clients internal teams and external partners.
    • Implement industry best practices in project management agile methodologies and governance
  • Technical Leadership & Governance:
    • Provide strong technical leadership ensuring solutions are robust scalable and aligned with business needs.
    • Understand and discuss technology solutions with clients including AI and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Drive adoption of best-in-class tools processes and frameworks for delivery excellence.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client growth targets and expand business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with creative technical and business development teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead mentor and develop high-performing teams fostering a positive collaborative work environment.
    • Evaluate and improve team performance ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals
  • Hands-on Delivery & Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain a hands-on approach staying close to project execution and technology trends.
    • Promote continuous learning innovation and process improvement across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale global technology projects in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling client relationship management and business growth.
  • Strong technical leadership and understanding of technology business including AI cloud and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication empathy and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand and implement industry best practices in delivery governance and team development.
  • Multiple domain expertise is highly valued.
