Company is looking for a Salon Manager to manage end-to-end salon operations maintain premium service standards lead the team and drive sales performance. The role requires strong leadership customer focus and hands-on experience in managing a high-end salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salon Operations & Brand Standards

Oversee daily salon operations ensuring smooth workflow

Maintain company brand standards in hygiene service quality and ambience
-
Ensure SOPs are followed across hair skin and beauty services
-
Manage opening/closing procedures and daily cash handling
Team Management & Training
-
Supervise stylists therapists reception and support staff
-
Prepare duty rosters manage attendance and handle leave planning
-
Conduct regular training on customer experience upselling and service protocols
-
Motivate the team to achieve service excellence and sales targets
Customer Experience Management
-
Ensure premium customer experience at every touchpoint
-
Handle client complaints and feedback professionally
-
Build long-term relationships with regular and high-value clients
-
Maintain high customer retention and repeat visits
Sales Revenue & Targets
-
Achieve monthly service and retail sales targets
-
Promote high-value services packages and treatments
-
Drive retail product sales (hair & beauty products)
-
Track daily sales conversions and average billing value
Inventory & Reporting
-
Monitor product usage stock levels and reordering
-
Control product wastage and operational costs
-
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
-
Coordinate with management for business planning
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as Salon Manager / Assistant Salon Manager / Senior Stylist with managerial exposure

Strong leadership and team-handling ability
-
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
-
Knowledge of hair skin and beauty services
-
Basic computer skills (billing software Excel reports)
-
Experience in premium or branded salons (preferred)
