Job Summary
Join a regional fleet designed for predictable miles modern equipment and real home time. Youll run defined lanes without touching freight staying close to home while still earning top weekly pay. Operate in the Midwest and surrounding states with all loads originating from Navarre OH or Pendleton IN.
What Youll Earn
- $1500 weekly average (top drivers earn $1700)
- $0.57$0.64 CPM based on verified experience
- 2200 miles/week
- Annual pay up to $78000
- $2500 sign-on bonus
Schedule & Routes
- Weekly 34-hour reset 5.5 days out
- Operating states: OH MI Western PA Upstate NY (no NYC) VA WV KY NC IL IN Lower WI
Freight & Equipment
- 100% no-touch dry van
- Combination of drop & hook and live unload
- Late-model 2021 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors
Extra Pay
- Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown: $100/day
- Performance bonus: up to 3 CPM

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record
- Pass DOT drug screen background check and road test
