Job Description
We are seeking motivated customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Experience Specialists. In this role youll assist clients with travel planning and coordination while delivering professional timely customer support.
No prior travel experience is required.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support for leisure business and group travel

Assist clients with bookings itineraries and travel documentation

Research destinations accommodations transportation and activities

Manage changes updates and client requests

Communicate with clients and travel partners to ensure a smooth experience
Qualifications

Reside in the U.S. or Mexico (preferred)

Reliable internet and computer

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
