Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary execution-focused senior leader to establish and lead an Emerging Technology team centered on advancing Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and delivering innovative business-driven solutions. This newly created role will build the foundation for enterprise AI strategy talent development and scalable implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise strong leadership and industry insight to embed AI into core business operations while ensuring governance security and regulatory alignment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise AI organization aligned with business strategy and technology vision

Build and scale AI capabilities including predictive analytics generative AI and agent-based systems

Identify prioritize and deliver high-impact AI use cases across business functions

Partner with architecture cybersecurity and technology teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions

Serve as a thought leader and champion responsible AI adoption and innovation

Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI transparency and risk management

Embed AI into core business processes and decision-making models

Manage vendor partnerships open-source initiatives and external collaborations

Monitor emerging AI trends and assess business applicability

Develop and manage AI maturity roadmaps KPIs and performance metrics

Lead cross-functional teams delivering AI products and platforms

Ensure regulatory privacy and security compliance in all AI initiatives

Represent the organization in industry forums and external partnerships

Foster a culture of experimentation learning and innovation

Collaborate with business teams to enhance operations through AI-driven solutions
Qualifications Skills & Experience

15 years of leadership experience managing high-performing engineering or technology teams

Proven success developing and executing enterprise-level AI strategies in regulated environments

Strong expertise in AI machine learning generative AI and model lifecycle management

Experience integrating AI within large-scale business and technology architectures

Knowledge of data privacy ethical AI and regulatory compliance frameworks

Ability to translate business needs into high-value AI solutions

Experience managing technology vendors platforms and partnerships

Strong change-management and team-development capabilities

Excellent executive communication influence and stakeholder engagement skills

Industry experience in complex regulated sectors preferred
