We SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence.

As we expand our operations we are looking for a talented Solution Support Coordinator to join our team and support our Australian sales team with operational and sales processes.

Solution Support Coordinator (Petaling Jaya)

Job Description

  • Prepare accurate quotes for products services licensing and managed service offerings.
  • Send quotes to customers track outstanding proposals and conduct follow-ups as required.
  • Take ownership of the renewals process from identification through completion including preparation of renewal quotes and client notifications.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate structured sales reports for leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate with distributors and vendors for pricing availability deal registrations and renewals.
  • Support the sales team with meeting preparation internal coordination and documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding quotes renewals order status and required documentation.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline sales execution.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales operations sales support order management or similar roles within IT SaaS MSP or technology distribution.
  • Strong understanding of quoting workflows renewals cycles and CRM processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail in pricing documentation and commercial information.
  • Ability to work autonomously prioritise effectively and support multiple sales team members.
  • Experience interacting with distributors and vendors is a plus.
  • Exposure to Australian or similar Western business environments is desirable.

Job Type

  • Full-time work in office 5 days a week

Salary

  • Basic RM3200 RM3500
