As we expand our operations we are looking for a talented Solution Support Coordinator to join our team and support our Australian sales team with operational and sales processes.

Solution Support Coordinator (Petaling Jaya)
Job Description
- Prepare accurate quotes for products services licensing and managed service offerings.
- Send quotes to customers track outstanding proposals and conduct follow-ups as required.
- Take ownership of the renewals process from identification through completion including preparation of renewal quotes and client notifications.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate structured sales reports for leadership visibility.
- Coordinate with distributors and vendors for pricing availability deal registrations and renewals.
- Support the sales team with meeting preparation internal coordination and documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding quotes renewals order status and required documentation.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline sales execution.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales operations sales support order management or similar roles within IT SaaS MSP or technology distribution.
- Strong understanding of quoting workflows renewals cycles and CRM processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail in pricing documentation and commercial information.
- Ability to work autonomously prioritise effectively and support multiple sales team members.
- Experience interacting with distributors and vendors is a plus.
- Exposure to Australian or similar Western business environments is desirable.
