Neurosurgery at Cabrini
Our Neurosurgery team is an integral part of Cabrinis Perioperative Services supporting over 150 procedures each month. The team are dynamic patient-focused and passionate providing an exceptional service to our well-regarded neurosurgeons and patients. Our team of highly skilled professionals specialise in advanced neurosurgical procedures to treat a wide range of neurological conditions including:
- Spinal Surgeries: Advanced solutions for spinal fractures herniated discs and other spinal disorders.
- Cranial work: For treatment of a variety of conditions including tumours and trauma
- Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS): Cutting-edge treatment for Parkinsons disease essential tremor and movement disorders to improve quality of life.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager of Neurosurgery at Cabrini Health you will:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional quality of care within our busy department.

About You
- Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the Perioperative setting
- A vision and passion for team development and professional growth
- Experience in the Neurosurgical Speciality with sound knowledge of Clinical Procedures
- A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
