YOUR DAY AS A MARINA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Youre at the heart of the action in the bustling Cap Sante Marina at the Ports Harbormasters Office as a Marina Customer Service Representative. Your day is a mix of administrative tasks and guest interaction--opening and closing procedures cash handling processing payments securing customer information managing reservations and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

But the best part Youre the go-to resource for guests! Youll answer questions in person by phone email and even over VHF radio (dont worry--well teach you!). Youll share insider tips on the best local restaurants scenic trails outdoor adventures and hidden gems that make Anacortes unforgettable. By educating guests you also help ensure compliance with marina rules and best practices.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

18 years old or older
1 years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
Ability to read and speak English

WORK SCHEDULE

Seasonal Marina Customer Service Representatives work five shifts each week between 7:45 am - 6:15 pm including weekends and holidays.

SEASONAL STAFF BONUS PROGRAM

Seasonal employees who work 440 hours in the peak season (April-October) will be eligible for a $1000 end-of-season bonus paid on their last paycheck a $2500 tuition stipend paid directly to an accredited college university academy or trade school or a $3000 tuition stipend for a maritime-related program paid directly to an accredited college university academy or trade school. More details are available during the interview process.
