Role Overview
Elementary teachers at CLA:

Design engaging standards-aligned lessons using Into Reading Eureka Math and Core Knowledge
Build classrooms that are inclusive calm and focused on growth
Use assessment data and feedback to guide instruction and support student progress
Collaborate with specialists and teammates to meet diverse learning needs
Reinforce a positive school culture through consistent routines and clear expectations
Maintain regular communication with families about academic and behavioral growth

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
One of the following in elementary education:
- Colorado teaching license or endorsement
- 36 or more content credit hours
- Passing Praxis scores
For K3: Colorado READ Act training (45 hours) or passed Praxis 5205
Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
