WhatYoullDo
Source & Recruit: Use creative strategies and direct outreach to connect with top-tier veterinarians.
Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving forward in our CRM and ATS.
Collaborate: Partner with Senior TA Specialists for seamless handoffs and work closely with Lead Veterinary Partners to craft customized job ads and coordinate offers.
Engage Candidates: Conduct intake calls interviews (phone & video) andmaintainclear detailed candidate notes.
Align Teams: Communicate with field leaders and third-party recruiters to ensure alignmentonlead ownership.
Event Participation: RepresentCityVetat recruiting events and conferences actively engaging with potential candidates.
Follow-Up: Support post-event follow-up lead capture and ongoing candidate engagement.
Travel: Be ready to travel up to 30% for events conferences and occasional team meetings.
What Success Looks Like
A steady pipelineofhigh-quality Associate Veterinarian candidates.
Seamless sourcing and handoffs for Lead Veterinary Partner pipelines.
Cleartimelycommunication and long-term candidate relationships.
Active enthusiastic representation at recruiting events.
Strong partnerships with field leaders and internal teams.
Confident use of recruiting tools systems and technology.
What You Bring
3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
A proventrack recordin outreach relationship-building and pipeline management.
The ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience with CRM and ATS platforms.
A proactive mindset and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful careers.
