Job Summary
HVAC TI Project Manager position with a large mechanical and plumbing construction company
We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits retirement package and plenty of room for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GCs and Owners.
- Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners as well as other sub-contractors and MEP-design engineers.
- Meet and coordinate with Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent Foreman Journeyman QA and helpers in the fieldFind Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule billings submittals ROIs RFIs & change orders select and monitor subs O&Ms and warranties.
- Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work-history.
- Bachelors degree in construction or similar.
- Familiar with state building and HVAC/Plumbing codes.
- 8 years of experience working for a Mechanical Contractors on large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge in Sage/Timberline MS Project and Microsoft Office preferred.
