Clinic- Front Desk Check In
Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team!
As a Clinic-Front Desk Check Inteam member you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! From scheduling appointments to greeting patients as they check in you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction. You will be assisting the Family Practice Urgent Care Specialty and Lab areas of a busy medical clinic.
Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience.
Hours: As early as 6:45am start time and and as late as 8pm end time Monday- Friday. Typically there would be one or two late nights per week
Location: Stillwater MN and the surrounding area.
Front Desk Check In Representative Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients when the arrive for their appointment
- Answering phone promptly
- Patient registration
- Accepting insurance co-pays
- Assisting with appointmentsand referrals to specialty clinics
- Insurance and demographic information updates
- Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Medical Admin in a clinical setting and Epic experience preferred
-High School Diploma
-Good phone etiquette
-Ability to articulate communication
-Must have great attendance and punctuality!
