Warehouse Team Leader Eindhoven Netherlands

Fixed term contract for 12 months

Onsite role shift basis Sunday through Friday - average 40 hours per week.

As Team Leader here at Illumina in Eindhoven you will play a pivotal role in leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth safe and highquality execution across all material handling activities.

This is a fully handson position working sidebyside with a team of Material Coordinators while providing daytoday guidance coaching and clear operational direction. You will partner closely with crossfunctional teams across the site to maintain an exceptional warehouse environment and uphold operational excellence.

Why You

You are an experienced warehouse professional who thrives in a handson leadership role and enjoys working directly on the warehouse floor.

You bring proven experience leading teams in an operational or logistics environment with the ability to balance people leadership with active participation in daily warehouse tasks.

You have strong communication skills understand the importance of safety and quality and take pride in fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere. You enjoy problemsolving in a fastmoving environment take ownership of results and act with integritydemonstrating our Illumina value of Be Accountable in everything you do.

Experience in a regulated or highquality environment is an advantage and proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide daytoday handson leadership on the warehouse floor working directly alongside Material Coordinators
• Guide support and motivate team members to ensure high performance and a positive collaborative culture
• Execute core warehouse activities including goods receipt material handling storage picking packing and internal deliveries
• Monitor daily workflows assign priorities and adjust resources to meet operational needs
• Ensure all activities are completed safely and in accordance with quality standards SOPs and site procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with crossfunctional colleagues demonstrating our value of Win Together to deliver reliable operational support
• Take ownership of documentation accuracy inventory integrity and issue resolution
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and maintain a smooth supply chain flow
