THE ASSIGNMENT:
Boston Scientific Quality Systems team is seeking a motivated Intern to support data analysis reporting and information management activities. This role provides hands-on experience with audit data analytics tools and audit documentation. The contributions of the Intern will help to strengthen the Internal Audit program through improved audit planning and preparation leading to higher quality audit outcomes.
The Internal Audit programme covers Kerkrade Distribution Centre (DC) as well as smaller DCs and office locations spread throughout the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This presents opportunities to gain valuable experience with both in-person and remote collaboration across a diverse high performing team.
DURATION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collate Internal Audit findings and Opportunities for Improvement.
- Support the creation maintenance and enhancement of PowerBI dashboards used to analyse audit trends by year region risk area etc.
- Assist in maintaining Internal Audit Knowledge Sharing Documents.
- Support updates and ongoing maintenance of the Internal Audit SharePoint site including schedules links and news content.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Apps (PowerBI CoPilot Word PowerPoint Excel SharePoint).
- Language skills English (fluent).
