Location:Fully Onsite Albuquerque NM 87106
Pay Rate:$16.00 per hour
Employment Type: Contract

Schedule & Training Details

Training

  • Duration: Three weeks
  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST
  • No skills testing required

Production

  • Any eight-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM MST
  • Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts

Position Overview

This entry-level Customer Support Representative role provides day-to-day contracted services to external clients. Services may include technical or non-technical customer support transaction processing and sales or marketing support. The role involves responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to client products or services via phone email and chat while following established procedures and service standards.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking to build foundational experience in a professional contact center environment with structured training and clear performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute routine inbound and outbound call center activities using standard scripts established guidelines and close supervision to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify the nature of customer inquiries and determine appropriate resolution including handling directly transferring or escalating when necessary.
  • Provide customers with accurate standard information related to products or services.
  • Collect and document all required customer information to ensure accurate database updates.
  • Follow defined escalation protocols and seek assistance from senior team members when appropriate.

  • Entry-level position requiring limited prior experience or relevant vocational training licenses or certifications.
  • Ability to perform routine operational or analytical tasks using basic problem-solving skills.
  • Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Completes work under close supervision with clearly outlined duties and methods.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills to exchange information with customers and team members.
  • Understands how individual responsibilities support team objectives and broader business operations.
  • Uses existing procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.

Additional Information

  • Fully onsite role remote or hybrid work is not available.
  • Ongoing supervision and structured processes are provided to support success in the role.
