Now were looking for a detaildriven selfmotivated Administrative Assistant Accounts Receivable Specialist to join us in our Orlando FL office fulltime Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM!

We offer our Administrative Assistant - Accounts Receivable Specialist $16$22/hr based on experience plus commission for balances collected on invoices 90 days past due!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role blends accounts receivable excellence with office administrative support-perfect for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats.
Accounts Receivable:
- Complete high-volume outbound collection calls and emails daily
- Communicate with customers professionally and confidently about open invoices
- Maintain and update customer account status across multiple systems
- Monitor and reconcile client accounts in a timely manner
- Process credit card and Echeck payments
- Collaborate openly with your team to improve departmental processes
- Manage tasks assigned through the shared inbox
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Create estimates for service calls

- A positive professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong computer skills
- Selfstarter mentality with minimal supervision needed
- Teamfocused communication style
- Personal drive to achieve both individual and team goals
Preferred:
- Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP filter sort pivot tables)
- 5 years of relative experience
