Job Description:

Need a strong Raw Materials Generalist - will need to adapt to the specifics of assigned category team.
The is a void in the raw materials dept that needs to be filled in a contract capacity but the designated team for the contractor is pending.
Individual contributor position responsible for the quality of colors and fabrics including garments and components to assure final product quality.
Assist in the technical development pre-production and cataloguing of all fabrics and colors through to production.
Visit company stores on regular basis to monitor the quality and consistency of fabrics and color under store lighting conditions.
Typically reports to manager of Textile Technology.
Typically directs Assistant Textile Technologist.
College degree in technical education or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in fabric and color development.
