Were expanding our Product team as part of our Fast Track to the Futuredigital transformation programme and were looking for talented people to helpshape the next generation of our platforms and services. Were hiring ProductOwners for 12 months offering the chance to make a real impact at scale.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of ourtransformation solving complex problems and delivering products that reachmillions of players across the Postcode Lottery Group.

What WereLooking For:

Wereparticularly interested in Product Owners with strong experience in:

  • CRM product development and optimisation
  • Largescale enterprise CRM implementations ideally in complex multi-market environments
  • Driving endtoend CRM capability improvements including customer journeys segmentation automation and personalisation
  • Working closely with technical teams to deliver CRM integrations data flows and platform enhancements
  • Salesforce experience would be a strong advantage

This is whatyou will do:

  • Define product vision and growth opportunities with the team.
  • Create a roadmap balancing business value vision and technical requirements.
  • Define and create clear MVP products with your product team.
  • Lead sessions around epic sizing refinements or other ways to help prioritize and create a high standard of output.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Work closely with value stream product managers and stakeholders to create and maintain product backlog according to business value.
  • Lead theplanning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities within your value stream
  • Enable theteam to have focussed and productive sprints for example by having preparedand prioritized tasks ready to be picked up and working with clear sprintgoals.

Yourqualities:

  • Mastersdegree in business and/or technical sciences
  • Significantexperience with product and/or project management
  • Experienceworking with / and managing Agile / Scrum projects
  • Excellentorganisational and communication skills
  • Understandinghow requirements translate to technical solutions and product design
  • Priorexperience delivering high profile software web or eCommerce projects ininternational teams.
  • You get stuff done. You live and breathe an entrepreneurial attitude. You preferably set upexecuted and successfully delivered end-to-end projects from scratch within anorganization or had experience running your own company
