Corporate Forecasting Manager – Oracle EPM

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinkingCorporate Forecasting Managerto lead and optimize our enterprise-wide forecasting process usingOracle EPM Planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance technology and data sciencebringing together deep forecasting expertise hands-on coding skills and advanced machine learning capabilities to drive smarter faster and more accurate planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate forecasting processusing Oracle EPM Planning ensuring accuracy timeliness and strategic alignment.
• Design build and maintain scalable EPM modelsto support dynamic planning scenario analysis and rolling forecasts.
• Develop and deploy machine learning modelsto improve forecast accuracy detect anomalies and generate predictive insights.
• Automate data flows and system integrationsbetween Oracle EPM and other enterprise platforms using SQL Python and related technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionallyto gather requirements validate assumptions and ensure model integrity.
• Continuously monitor and enhance forecasting performancethrough KPI tracking variance analysis and process optimization.
• Train and mentor finance teamson EPM tools forecasting methodologies and best practices.
• Optimize application performancefor data loads aggregations calculations and retrievals.
• Develop and maintain custom business rules calculation scripts forms outlines load rules and batch scriptsto support budgeting and forecasting needs.
• Manage and monitor Oracle load processes including ad hoc requests and scheduled nightly loads ensuring data integrity and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliancewith SOX internal policies and change control protocols.
• Implement and maintain narrative reporting and centralized financial reportsfor executive and operational use.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in finance Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in FP&A or financial systems management with full lifecycle implementation experience inOracle EPM Planning.
• Strong programming skills incalculation manager scripts groovy and/or SQL
• Proven experience inmachine learning model developmentfor forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling budgeting and forecasting principles.
• Demonstrated ability totrain mentor and develop othersin Oracle EPM tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define issues and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams and influence decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with the full suite ofOracle Cloud EPM products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EPM certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such asPower BITableau or similar platforms.
• Experience with REST API integrations and cloud-based data architecture.
