Our client a Financial Services organization located in Irvine CA is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across technology product development and IT functions. The CTO will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals ensuring regulatory compliance and driving innovation to support growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution
Oversee product platform and systems development initiatives
Ensure technology operations comply with regulatory and security requirements
Partner with executive leadership to support business strategy and growth
Drive innovation while maintaining operational stability and risk controls
Manage technology budgets resources and vendor relationships
Build mentor and scale high-performing technology teams
Establish governance standards and best practices across the organization
Support business continuity data security and risk management initiatives
Qualifications
10 years of senior technology leadership experience preferably in financial services or other regulated environments
Proven success leading complex technology and product development initiatives
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk considerations in financial services
Ability to align technology investments with business objectives
Experience building and leading high-performing scalable technology organizations
